📋 Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Quit Alcohol ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Quit Alcohol ("we," "our," or "us").

📱 Description of Service

Quit Alcohol is a sobriety tracking application designed to help users quit alcohol and build healthier habits. The App provides:

Sobriety streak tracking and progress monitoring
Daily mood check-ins and motivational quotes
Savings calculator and reward goal system
Health recovery milestone tracking
Home screen widgets

👤 User Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use this App. By using Quit Alcohol, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

⭐ Quit Alcohol Pro Subscription

Quit Alcohol offers a premium subscription ("Quit Alcohol Pro") that unlocks additional features:

Subscription Terms

Quit Alcohol Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
The subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or use the Report a Problem page.

✅ Acceptable Use

You agree to use Quit Alcohol only for its intended purpose. You shall not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

📝 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Quit Alcohol — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Quit Alcohol and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

🔐 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Quit Alcohol, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Quit Alcohol is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim

Quit Alcohol does not guarantee that you will successfully quit alcohol or any other habit. Results vary depending on individual circumstances. The health information and milestones provided in the App are based on general medical research and may not apply to every individual. Quit Alcohol is not a substitute for professional medical treatment or counseling.

🔄 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

✏️ Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

🌍 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
